Range of Experience: As a founding principal of NexLevel Information Technology, and through more than 20 years of Information Technology work, Mr. Otto has proven to be an IT expert and an innovative executive. Mr. Otto has been recognized for his success in technology assessments, IT strategic planning, project management, system implementation, system operations, software design, legacy system migration, and infrastructure architecture. He has a proven track record with large system implementations and operations, both as the executive responsible for the projects and as a consultant guiding the project teams to success. Completed projects have spanned all technologies from the mainframe environment to the web, delivering solutions using the most appropriate technologies. His experience in project management, IT consulting, networks, computing hardware, software and system operations allows him to help clients use technology in support of their strategic goals. Mr. Otto, a Management Information Systems graduate from the University of Texas, is designated as a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) by the Institute of Management Consultants, and a Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute |

Range of Experience: Mr. Price has over 30 years diverse experience in the public sector, all of which surrounded information technology (IT). His experience includes all levels of project management; strategic IT planning; feasibility study preparation and approval; control agency interaction; budget preparation; personnel supervision; and staff development and training. Mr. Price served in an executive level position with the California Highway Patrol and was responsible for an organization employing as many as 150 professional and technical staff. Some of the projects Mr. Price had led include a $16 million Computer Aided Dispatching Project, $6 million Local and Wide Area Network (LAN/WAN) statewide implementation, $2 million Automated Activity and Attendance System, and $1 million Automatic Vehicle Location (AVL) Project. |
