Code of Business Conduct and Ethics
NexLevel provides independent consulting services and has an established standard of conduct that all employees must follow. The goal of this standard is to ensure the confidence of our clients in our staff and the company. Included in that standard is a policy for avoiding bias and potential conflicts of interest as well as strict confidentiality of all client matters. To ensure vendor independence and neutrality, NexLevel does not pursue sales or marketing agreements with hardware and/or software vendors.
Additionally, NexLevel demands the highest code of conduct and ethical standards from our employees. As new consultants join our organization, we emphasize the importance of maintaining the highest professional standards. All NexLevel consultants are instructed to review potential conflicts of interest with our clients to let the client decide if an issue exists.
Our principals and consultants are members of one or more nationally recognized professional organizations. A number of NexLevel's principals and consultants are members of the Project Management Institute (PMI), and/or the Institute of Management Consultants (IMC). Both organizations require members to pledge and adhere to a strict code of professional conduct. We take our commitment to professional ethics very seriously and believe the trust this creates with our clients it is an important part of our success.
