Terry Hackelman

Mr. Hackelman has successfully planned, managed, developed, and implemented innovative technology solutions for public and private sector clients.  Mr. Hackelman has expertise in technology consulting, project management, facilitation, strategic planning, IT product development, systems analysis and design, programming, business process re-engineering (BPR), financial management, and technology assessments.  Mr. Hackelman also brings hands-on knowledge and experience related to ERP systems (finance, HR, payroll, utility billing/cis, etc.), call center systems, asset management, eGovernment, SmartGrid technologies, and virtually all technologies used by California municipalities.The combination of Mr. Hackelman’s management, business, and technical expertise enables him to provide clients practical consulting services that include realistic and attainable recommendations.

Frank Otto, CMC, PMP

As a founding principal of NexLevel Information Technology Inc., Mr. Otto has proven to be an innovative executive and trusted management consultant.  He's been recognized for his success in project management, system implementations, enterprise application development, software design, systems re-engineering and infrastructure architecture.  Mr. Otto has a proven track record with large system implementations, both as the executive responsible for the projects and as a consultant helping the projects to be successful.  Mr. Otto’s projects have spanned all technologies from the mainframe environment to the latest web technologies.  His experience in project management, consulting, programming, networks, hardware, software and system operations allows him to help clients use technology to add value to their organization.

Patrick Griffin

Principal

2012, over 30 years local government industry experience

Range of Experience:
Mr. Griffin has a 31 year background in local government, including oversight of day to day IT operations and general management experience at the Assistant City Manager level.  He has managed a variety of IT related projects, including the implementation of new ERP systems, permitting systems, and operating upgrades, making him very familiar with the challenges faced by the organization when implementing  these projects.  Having been responsible for a variety of areas in his municipal career, Mr. Griffin’s participation provides a unique and valuable perspective to every aspect of the project.

David Gupta

Chief Executive Officer

1996, over 25 years local government industry experience

Range of Experience: 
Mr. Gupta founded SDI Presence in 1996, and has continued to lead the firm as Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Gupta has overall responsibility for developing and implementing the Company's strategy and is particularly invoiced in strategic account development and relationship management throughout Chicago and Los Angeles areas. My Gupta also founded PGV Solutions, a full-service information technology systems integration firm based in Southern California, which merged with SDI Presence in June 2016.

Jack Hartman

President and Chief Operating Officer

Years of Experience:
2016, over 25 years local government industry experience

Range of Experience: 
Mr. Hartman is a nationally recognized leader in implementing and managing major infrastructure projects including, the implementation of Illinois Tollway's 274-mile system, converting all 20 mainline toll plazas to barrier-free Open Road Tolling and building the I-355 South Extension from I-55 to I-80. As President and COO, Jack is responsible for the management of day-to-day operations and strategic direction of mission-critical systems integrator, SDI Presence LLC. With oversight of all aspects of business development and operations, Mr. Hartman drives SDI's company culture, account management, service delivery and quality, and development of SDI personnel.
